Need to move the above transport request to BPQ(BW 7.3 Quality) & BPP(BW 7.3 Production).

For Requestor

1. First transport request will move the changes to add current & previous year filter in open order Global & regional cubes.
2. Second transport request moves the changes to add current & previous year filter in contract Global & regional cubes.
