Problem Summary

The copy controls for ZFD sales orders to LF deliveries do not currently copy VAS, but they should.

Detailed Problem Description

It is found that, for Sales order (Doc type -ZFD) and item category - ZANN, VAS data is not copying from Sales order (ZFD) to Delivery (LF) document.
Here is the issue document number from NEP i.e. Sales order # 2388564 and Delivery # 82544127.

Below are the screen shots describes the VAS details maintained in Sales order but it is not copied to delivery document.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

For fixing the above issue, required to maintain below configurations are;

1) Enable VAS data at ZANN item category level
Path: IMG >> Sales and Distribution >> Sales >> Sales Documents >> Sales Document Item >> Maintain Item Category for AFS >> Select ZANN

2) Enable the VAS data at Copy control setup (ZFD-LF) at Item level- ZANN. (TCode: VTLA)

Resolution

Maintained the above VAS configuration settings to pass the VAS data from sales order (ZFD) to Delivery (LF).
Created test document in NED300 after making the above configuration changes. Now VAS data is passing correctly from Sales order (ZFD) to Delivery (LF).

LF Delivery- 80012716
